Help

How do I get in?
The app is for Wired Different clients. Josh adds you when your project starts and sends you your link. Open it on the web at app.wireddiff.ca or on your iPhone, type your email and enter the code we send you. There is no password to remember.
My sign-in code didn’t arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Wired Different, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. Make sure it’s the email address Josh has for you. Still stuck? Text or call us.
A preview says “Closed”
Some previews are open for a set time, which starts the first time you open them. When the time is up, the pictures stop showing. Ask Josh and he can give you more time.
Can I share a preview?
Previews are drafts made just for your business, so please keep them inside it. If someone on your team needs to see them, ask Josh to add them to your account.
Notifications
Allow notifications when the app asks, and it tells you when something needs you. You can turn them off any time in your phone’s Settings, under Wired Diff.
I work with more than one business
Sign in once. The app asks which business you want to open, and you can switch from the You page.
Paying an invoice
Invoices are paid on the web through Stripe. Tap the invoice and it opens in your browser. Nothing is ever charged through Apple or inside the iPhone app.
Deleting your account
In the app, open You, then Delete my account. Or email hello@wireddiff.ca with “Delete my account” as the subject. We remove your account within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
